The Subtle Energy Bodies - 6 Week Series (Winter 2022)

You are multidimensional! In this class, you'll learn to harmonize and balance the spiritual and physical aspects of your space as we explore the Subtle Bodies, the energetic layers of our auric system. Each week is dedicated to a different Subtle Body to help repair, rebuild, re-anchor, and reconnect you with each layer as we learn their locations and functions, and travel through the field of each body with a guided meditation. Together, we will learn to transmute trauma and reintegrate our life force energy to find peace and stability in an uncertain world.
