The Hunter's Moon occurs in October, named for the time of year when hunters would prepare for the winter months by tracking and hunting game. This moon signifies a period of preparation and reflection, as communities gather to ensure they have enough resources to sustain them through the colder months. It symbolizes the transition from the abundance of harvest to the more introspective season of winter, encouraging us to consider our survival and the connections we have with nature and each other. 🌕🌾🍂
