Each class will be led by Rev. Cathy Benz, with 20 years experience as a healer, an intuitive counselor and a meditation facilitator, she brings profound wisdom, intuition and playfulness. 

The meditation consists of breath work, grounding, present moment, Chakra clearing and activation, we call our life force energy back to ourselves in golden suns, and heal our auras with psychic protection. We work with the archangels, ascended masters and our higher selves. We use creative visualization to tap into our intuitive mind and restore peace and harmony to our souls. A peaceful mind facilitates a healthy body. 

This class can be taken as a single drop-in session or as part of the 12 week Archangel and Ascended Master Attunement series.
