What is Pele the goddess of?
Pele is the Hawaiian volcano deity, an elemental force, and the creator of these volcanic landscapes. According to tradition, she is embodied by the lava and natural forces associated with volcanic eruptions.
The meditation consists of breath work, grounding, present moment, chakra clearing and activation, we call our life force energy back to ourselves in Golden Suns, and heal our auras with psychic protection. We work with the archangels, ascended masters and our higher selves. We use creative visualization to tap into our intuitive mind and restore peace and harmony to our souls. A peaceful mind facilitates a healthy body.
