Kuan Yin - Chinese Bodhisattva and Goddess of Compassion

In Chinese mythology, Guanyin (觀音) is the goddess of mercy and considered to be the physical embodiment of compassion. She is an all-seeing, all-hearing being who is called upon by worshipers in times of uncertainty, despair, and fear.

Do you find yourself wanting to hurt others because you have been hurt? Do you fear opening your heart to the plight of others because it will hurt you? Compassion is the ability to listen deeply and allow others and yourself the space to go through what needs to be gone through and to feel what needs to be felt. In this meditation series, we focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power, and purpose through an exploration of 20 core Goddess archetypes. These Goddesses teach us profound lessons and our role as enlightened humans in this world. Each week we will take a deep dive into our light and shadow through meditations of self-discovery and healing. All genders welcome.

This  meditation and discussion consists of breath work, grounding, present moment, chakra clearing and activation, as well as calling our life force energy back to ourselves in Golden Suns, and healing our auras with psychic protection. We work with the archangels, ascended masters and our higher selves. We use creative visualization to tap into our intuitive mind and restore peace and harmony to our souls. A peaceful mind facilitates a healthy body.
