Monday Meditation at Source Meditation Space

The Divine Spirit Healing Center presents our new Monday Meditation, now hosted at Source Meditation Space in Boise, Idaho and online via Zoom. Each week we will focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power and purpose. This sacred work is deeply transformational and connects us with the tools and training we need to transcend our current level of consciousness to become powerful and focused in our lives and interpersonal relationships.

Section 1: Breathwork, Relaxation, Archangels

Section 2: Energy Managment Tools: Grounding, etc..

Section 3: Ground, clear and reset each chakra.

Healing Agreements sound like a wonderful idea and in a balanced and healthy setting they are useful and necessary. Caring for others and having others care for us is wonderful, but some healing agreements can become unhealthy and even distructive. As empaths, we can easily fall into responsibility for other peoples' emotions and wellbeing far beyond the limits of a healthy healing agreement.

Each Monday Meditation will be focused on Clearing healing agreements from each chakra.

Root Chakra #1 - What is my relationship with my body? Is it healthy and loving ?

Sacral Chakra #2 - What is my relationship with my emotions? Can I feel them fully?

Solar Plexus Chakra #3 - What is my relationship with my personal power? Do I honor my power?

Heart Chakra #4 - What is my relationship with my self-love? Can I love myself unconditionally?

Throat Chakra #5 - What is my relationshipwith my voice? Can I speak freely?

3rd Eye Chakra #6 - What is my relationship with my vision for my life? Can I create my vision for my life?

Crown Chakra #7 - What is my relationship with my purpose? Can I live a purpose driven life?

This event takes place Monday, February 21st, both in-person at Source Meditation Space or Online via Zoom

The guided meditation will be led by director of the Divine Spirit Healing Center, Rev. Cathy L. Benz.

In Person ticket: $15

(In person ticket includes 30 minute post-meditation discussion and socializing)

Schedule:

7:30 PM - 7:45 PM: Arrive and Check In

7:45 PM - 8:30 PM: Guided Meditation

8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Discussion

(Doors lock at 7:45 PM -- No late arrivals permitted after meditation begins. Unused tickets may be transferred to a future Monday Meditation event.)

Zoom ticket: $10

(Zoom attendees are muted but can join/leave anytime during the broadcast)
