Monday Meditation at DSHC -- Psychic Tool: Earth Energy

The Divine Spirit Healing Center presents our new Monday Meditation, hosted in March 2022 at the Divine Spirit Healing Center in Eagle, ID and online via Zoom. Each week we will focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power and purpose. This sacred work is deeply transformational and connects us with the tools and training we need to transcend our current level of consciousness to become empowered and focused in our lives and interpersonal relationships. Learn or re-learn the basics of meditation and self-healing in this weekly introductory series.

Monday, March 21st, 2022 - Psychic Tool: Earth Energy

This week we will reconnect to the energy of the Earth through the practice of opening our feet chakras. Earth Energy inhabits both the Earth and our physical bodies, and it is important to maintain a proper flow of this energy to avoid the feeling of stagnation. Join us and learn to tap into the life force of the Earth through this guided visualization practice.
