The Divine Spirit Healing Center presents our new Monday Meditation, hosted at the Divine Spirit Healing Center in Eagle, ID and online via Zoom. Each week we will focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power and purpose. This sacred work is deeply transformational and connects us with the tools and training we need to transcend our current level of consciousness to become empowered and focused in our lives and interpersonal relationships. Learn or re-learn the basics of meditation and self-healing in this weekly introductory series.

In these uncertain times, the feelings and conditions of anxiety afflict many of us. This week, through guided meditation and discussion, we will explore the mindfulness tools we can use to heal and navigate the underlying causes of stress that can affect our lives.Â
