The Divine Spirit Healing Center presents our new Monday Meditation, hosted in March 2022 at the Divine Spirit Healing Center in Eagle, ID and online via Zoom. Each week we will focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power and purpose. This sacred work is deeply transformational and connects us with the tools and training we need to transcend our current level of consciousness to become empowered and focused in our lives and interpersonal relationships. Learn or re-learn the basics of meditation and self-healing in this weekly introductory series.
Monday, March 14th, 2022 - Psychic Tool: GroundingÂ
This week we will dive into the first and most fundamental skill of meditation: Grounding. Chances are, you've heard the term, but may not know where to start. Join us to discover the significance of this tool and the impact it can have both in the realm of dedicated meditation practice and in your everyday life. Through this step-by-step guided group meditation and discussion, you will learn how to reconnect with the ultimate foundation for your spiritual journey, Mother Earth.Â
