Monday Meditation at DSHC -- Developing Your Emotional Support System

The Divine Spirit Healing Center presents our new Monday Meditation, hosted at the Divine Spirit Healing Center in Eagle, ID and online via Zoom. Each week we will focus on resetting the healing agreements we have with our body, emotions, personal power and purpose. This sacred work is deeply transformational and connects us with the tools and training we need to transcend our current level of consciousness to become empowered and focused in our lives and interpersonal relationships. Learn or re-learn the basics of meditation and self-healing in this weekly introductory series.

Monday, May 30th, 2022 - Developing Your Emotional Support System

Chances are, you've heard many well-meaning people and media sources in your life say these words: "It's ok to ask for help." While this is true, what does that actually look like? For those of us who struggle with trauma (most everyone), the idea of asking for help can instill fear and result in unhealthy hyper-independence. In others, trauma can result in patterns of helpless dependence on or co-dependence with other people. This week, through guided meditation and discussion, we will work on releasing the fears and emotional blockages that can prevent us from developing the healthy INTERdependent support systems we need and deserve.
