About the Event

Solworks: Communicate to Connect, Repair & Resolve

A simple framework you can use with a partner, family member, colleague, or clients

Class 1 of 8 Week Solworks Series with Cathy Benz on Thursday, October 15th, 2026.

Do you rehearse what you want to say, then soften it, overexplain it, or say nothing at all? Perhaps you speak up, but leave the conversation feeling misunderstood, guilty, or disconnected.

You can care deeply about others and still make room for your own feelings and needs.

Join Cathy Benz for a welcoming, practical workshop for empaths, sensitive people, and heart-centered leaders who want greater confidence in their personal and professional conversations.
